Cubs Win!

I didn't think I'd ever live to see it.

In the game with Colorado Monday night, the Cubs blew a five-run lead in the top of the ninth.

Then they did the impossible.

They rallied in the bottom of the ninth and won the game with Alfonso Soriano's bases-loaded single that drove in the winning runs.

Pat Hughes, broadcasting the game for WGN radio, sounded like a kid as he said "Cubs win!" three times.

I lost track of how many times Ron Santo said "I don't believe it" throughout the ninth inning.

The fans at Wrigley made more noise than we've heard since Mount St. Helens blew apart. Nice game, everyone.
