NBC will shut down the Tonight Show at the end of this week because of the strike by its writers. The network will lay off all the program's employees. Although New Moon regrets the fact that the show's staff will be laid off, it's a great relief to realise that Jay Leno will not be able to pollute the airwaves for a while.
With a certain amount of luck, David Letterman will also go off the air. Maybe he already did.
