Yesterday, U.S. House Representative Dennis Kucinich introduced a bill to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney. Kucinich introduced the bill because of Cheney's various fabrications about Iraq. These untruths formed the justification for the U.S. invasion of Iraq, which set off a civil war that continues to this day. Members of the House referred the Kucinich bill to a committee, where it will die without a trial.
Kucinich might have been more successful if he had justified his bill by pointing out Cheney's poor handling of a shotgun.
