The latest Cub road trip wasn't a disappointment. Given what we've come to expect, it was a disaster.
Maybe we've come to expect too much.
The record for this out-of-town jaunt adds up to 2-5. You don't get into the playoffs with numbers like that.
Let's look on the bright side. No one died. The throw that hit Ryan Theriot in the back didn't hit him in the head. When the Cubs lose, so do the Brewers.
Can't think of anything else.
