In case all you Cubs fans didn't notice, The Chicago Cubs have dropped back into a tie with the Milwaukee Brewers for first place in the Central Division of the National League. The St. Louis Cardinals are three games behind the leaders.
In order for the Cubs to make it into the playoffs, which I don't expect them to do, they're going to have to start winning game after game. The Brewers may play dead, but the Cardinals won't.
Houston and the others are no-shows, so don't worry about them. But the Cubs have plenty to worry about with the Cardinals.
