Rosie O'Donnell has been elected the most annoying rich and famous celebrity for 2007. She is such a bonehead that it's really hard to believe that she exists.
The readers of Parade Magazine gave Rosie 50 percent of their vote. Paris Hilton came in second with 24 percent.
Rosie acknowledges that she's annoying. "I'm loud," she said. However, in her defense, Rosie says that Barbra Streisand likes her.
