Kendall and Soto
Now that Jason Kendall has filed for free agency, the question of who will catch for the Cubs in the 2008 season comes rushing to the surface again. Kendall helped the Cubs offence last season, but Geovany Soto is nine years younger and shows great promise. Kendall makes more money than a small-town banker, and he would like to stay with the Cubs. Soto was a rookie last season. He's happy to be in the big leagues. Push has come to shove. Hendry and Company will have to decide.
