Missy Chase Lapine, author of a cookbook, says that Jessica Seinfeld, wife of Jerry Seinfeld and author of a bestselling cookbook of her own, has stolen ideas from Lapine's book.
The whole matter seems to be headed for a courtroom. Lapine says she will sue Jessica for plagiarism. She also plans to sue Jerry for slander. It seems that Jerry made unkind statements about Lapine when he appeared on the Dave Letterman show.
